Who is TLCA?

Tomas Leplae, born in Menen on 4 August 1982. All work experiences originated at the age of 18. From a production and warehouse job, I progressed to become a colourist & colour specialist at an international paint manufacturer. Besides colourist, I also handled testing & demonstrations at or for customers. After this mainly industrial paint-oriented job, I also worked as a colourist at companies that also or only produce & sell wood protection products. After the rather paint-oriented business, I joined an importer of paint spraying equipment as technical sales, for sales and after-sales service. Here, I always provided all demonstrations, also in a supporting role to the other sales people. In time, working out more complex dossiers became one of the tasks. This is how I was promoted to product manager for managing the complex dossiers, actively helping to look for new potential suppliers/manufacturers and solving problems (both spray and product-related). In this way, I was also active as a member of a European technical team, giving input on new or still-to-be-developed products and/or modifications.
